Y.E.S. Aftercare is designed for people who will benefit from regular support and modest amounts of help in designing, developing, and following their own goals to an alcohol free life. Aftercare is available as an option to those who have completed a residential program; to those who have completed our Abstinence or Moderation programs, to those who are having problems maintaining their own progress; and to those who want continuing support. The purpose is the provision of consultation, planning, and coaching in the pursuit of your own solutions to the situations that arise in the course of changing your life. Specific areas that might be address include dealing with family dynamics, employment, education, interpersonal relationships, health, recreation, and other topics of interest and/or concern.

Aftercare is designed on a month-to-month basis with clients free to come and go on an as-needed basis.
